Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped on the next available business day after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: 4–5 business days after shipment
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipment

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Amazon-Fulfilled Items

Some products may ship through Amazon, including Prime-eligible items. Shipping speeds and delivery timelines for those orders are subject to Amazon’s policies and service levels, and may vary accordingly.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• U.S. territories
• APO/FPO addresses
• International locations

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
